    No, he probly writes everything down on a napkin and hands it to his monkey-sidekick who magically makes email campaigns using a deeper understanding of the cosmos and dark matter than we mere humans can fathom.

    I was going to delete that post until you rocked the come-back, Andy. I was thinking the exact same thing. “Tools?”

    But you have a great point, Andy. Emails could probably benefit from more “FIRE!”

    Let me clear my throat and re-introduce myself:

    I am Matt McCabe, Email Marketing Cowboy. Whenever I need an email campaign, I write the details down on a napkin and pass it do my wizard monkey sidekick.
